Spent a terrific afternoon facilitating a discussion between celebrity chef Elisabeth Chong, her daughter Angie Chong and granddaughter Teresa Duddy Chong at the Immigration Museum as part of the 2018 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. We discussed the commercialisation of the dim sims, the evolution of Chinese food culture in Australia and the importance of food and families. It was followed by a cooking demonstration by Elisabeth and Angie and best of all some tastings!
